Don Blesing OAM, GAICD and agribusiness adviser: director, board Chair, and consultant specialising in business reviews and business plans, management succession and governance arrangements. Don Blesing is an agribusiness adviser working from Adelaide. He has chaired boards and provided governance advice and support to a range of organisations at national and state level for over three decades. Including GRDC, the Lake Eyre Basin Group and Rangelands Australia. Don conducts business reviews and provides future-oriented business plans and strategic advice to agribusiness, farming, rangeland, mining, Aboriginal and community clients. He was Chair of Rural Business Support in SA for many years, and was the business manager of the Ramsyn merino stud and a large grain and wool farm in the mid-north of SA. Jamie Smith provides strategic, risk management and governance advice to industry and government in the agricultural sector at state and national level. He has wide experience in a range of business and industry roles in the grain sector in particular, with a strong focus on governance and a pragmatic approach to business management and industry development. Jamie grew up on his family’s dryland cropping, meat and wool production farm on Yorke Peninsula, SA. Michael Bagshaw BBus GradCert BusLaw GAICDMichael brings experience in finance and accounting and consulting, having managed his own business for more than a decade. He is passionate about helping clients make the most from their business on a holistic level.
He works with clients on the financial aspects of the business while providing input into their entire business. Face-to-face corporate and business analysis and facilitation.
Michael also brings considerable hands-on agricultural experience having managed the family farm for 20 years.
Michael has qualifications in Rural Business Management; Accounting and Business Law. He is completing a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice.

Michael's expertise covers accounting, cash flow budgeting, equipment and buy/sell decisions, grant and submission applications, succession and estate planning, expansion planning, property acquisitions and corporate governance assessments. He also has expertise in providing taxation and advisory services to grower-owned processing businesses.
His experience has been gained across a wide range of industries including distribution, health, manufacturing, hospitality, agribusiness, engineering and the not-for-profit sector.
